I may be getting an iPhone. If I do it will replace an HP iPaq WM based PDA.

I understand that I'll need to install iTunes in order to move data back and
forth from the iPhone. And given that it will sync with Outlook I'm wondering if
there are any problems or issues with this sort of setup?
