Default blocked senders have disappeared

Go all the way to 5.0.

1.. In Regedit, navigate to this key:

|--HKEY_CURRENT_USER
|-----Identities
|--------{GUID}
|-----------Software
|--------------Microsoft
|-----------------Outlook Express
|--------------------5.0

where GUID is the Global Unique IDentifier for your Identity.

2.. Under that key, you will find the following sub-keys, among
others:

|-----------------------Block Senders
|-----------------------Rules
|-----------------------Signatures

Select the Block Senders Key and delete it. Blocked Senders will be empty,
but you can rebuild it now.

Each time I sign off then on again in Outlook Express 6, my blocked
senders
list disappears.
I followed the directions :
|--HKEY_CURRENT_USER
|-----Identities
|--------{GUID}
|-----------Software
|--------------Microsoft
|-----------------Outlook Express
|--------------------5.0

but I do not have {GUID} in my registry after Identities.
Please help!
