Default Outlook does not install

From the "Add or Remofe Features" Outlook does appear along with the whole
list of Microsoft Office XP Professional Suite, but Outlook is the only one
that has a red "x" in front of it, and caption "not available".

If you select "Change" for Microsoft Office, then "Add or Remove Features",
are you saying Outlook doesn't appear?
