Default Outlook does not install

I was able to upgrade from Office XP Pro to Office 2003 with no problem.
Both office suites existed side by side in my system, which is Windows 2000
SP4. I was able to install Outlook 2003 over XP and then delete the entire
Office XP suite.

From the "Add or Remofe Features" Outlook does appear along with the whole
list of Microsoft Office XP Professional Suite, but Outlook is the only

one
that has a red "x" in front of it, and caption "not available".

It's not there also. Not sure why. It seems like day 1 never used

it.

If you select "Change" for Microsoft Office, then "Add or Remove

Features",
are you saying Outlook doesn't appear?
