Default View 2 calendars on startup

Right click on the calendar the user wants to open on start up from the
Other Calendars window. Select "open in new window." Close the original
Outlook using the File-Exit command, NOT the X. The next time OUtlook
opens, both calendars will open.

After furious head scratching, Ruben asked:

| I have a user who would like to have both her default calendar and a
| shared calendar display when she opens her Calendar view in Outlook
| 2003. She has the shared calendar in her "My Calendars" list, and she
| can enable both checkboxes, but when she closes then re-opens
| Outlook, only the default calendar is checked (and viewed). She wants
| the shared calendar to remain checked and be viewed with the default
| calendar when she opens her calendars in Outlook. Is this possible?
