1. What did you do, had you found the button and selected your custom form?

Hi Michael
1. I want to hide the standard calendar/appointment so when I click on new
appointment or on a time slot, my custom appointment form opens. I have
tried
your instructions but im doing something wrong. Can you please explain
from
the initial stages (ie: do i start in design mode or ?? ). Would really
appreciate this extra help(please please!)
I have worked out that I can have it behind the standard appointment but
want it in front as otherwise its not efficient.
Thanks for the picture info- thats great and it worked.
