Default DST change causes appointments to move forward 1 hour!

When you set your Windows clock and check the Time Zone settings under Date
and Time (DST checked) and you have done the same in Outlook Calendar
options for DST checked, all works as expected. If something is out of
step, you will find problems. If you have a PDA, you will also need to
check that option in the settings.

After furious head scratching, Lynn asked:

| I took the check mark out of
| Outlook/tools/Options/Calendaring/TimeZone/ "Adjust for Daylight
| Saving time." my appointment went back to the correct time BUT my
| time on the computer went back an hour. I only thing I have found so
| far is to move my appointment back to the correct time up to October
| when time changes again. Microsoft "I think" likes to make things
| complicated and blame the user.
