that uses outlook 2007 was able to open the emails they were unencrypted and
then send them internally. Well I forgot one thing... she stated thatshe
would open the emails using a short cut cntrl+s and this would bring up a
crypto script, maybe this unencrypted or keeps it unencrypted so she can
send
it as a normal email with out having to manually uncheck the blue lock or
ribbon.

But on that same note other users who have outlook 2003 just open the email
with the blue lock and then they can send it anywhere and it remains NON-
encrypted.

Ctrl-S doesn't seem to do anything for me on Outlook 2003. I'll have to check
my OL 2007 at home.
