Did you use IMO mode? It may have worked in it because it uses simple mapi
but outlook corp mode has never inserted signatures when you use the file,
send menus.

automatically. Secondly, I cannot find a button to click --just the pull

That's because the Mail button in IE (and any other application) uses
Simple
MAPI, which does not have access to the signature routines. Add the
signature
manually (with the Signature button) when the message window appears.
