Thanks, Roady, for your prompt response. It's always good to know
straight away when a program cannot do a particular task. It saves a
lot of time which would be spent searching dead ends. I see I have a bit
of learning to do, namely regarding csv files and Code Two Outlook Export.

mail merge to envelopes. You can still create an export of your contacts
with this field to a csv-file and use that as the source for your mail
