Default Two names on same contact card, possible?

You're welcome! :-)
It is indeed less straight forward this way but in the end it should work.
Don't forget to save your template for future reference ;-)

Thanks, Roady, for your prompt response. It's always good to know
straight away when a program cannot do a particular task. It saves a lot
of time which would be spent searching dead ends. I see I have a bit of
learning to do, namely regarding csv files and Code Two Outlook Export.

There is a Spouse/Partner field as well in the contact form. You can use
this to to specify the name of the partner.

The downside though is that you cannot use this field directly for a mail
merge to envelopes. You can still create an export of your contacts with
this field to a csv-file and use that as the source for your mail merge.
