New Email Account Failure in Outlook
I've checked on my original email address with the provider and the new
address is not linked or part of my account. It is independantly set up with
the provider.
The recipients see my original email address. What I'm not understanding is
that this address is no more in my Outlook email account.
Is a solution to uninstall Outlook then re-install?

It's the same provider - and uses the same last name as the original email,
but it has a different begining as it's for a different family member.
This may, then, be an alias because that's how many providers supply addresses
for family members. The two addresses feed the exact same mailbox. They
aren't really separate addresses at all.
The recipients of your messages should see whatever address is in the "E-mail
Address" field of the sending account.
