It's not an issue at your end, it's an issue with the receiver's side of
things. What program are they using to receive mail? Also, their mail server
can be dealing with the attachment. Here in my office the mail server blocks
the attachment before I can even get to it.

I've recently installed Outlook and am having difficulty sending
attachments. Whenever I attempt to send an Access database, it's
blocked by the receiving host as being unsafe. I know that I can fool
Outlook by renaming the file, sending it, and then instructing the
recipient to save it as an mdb file. Is there another way around this?
