- Select advanced search.
- Select product: Outlook Express.
- Search on "remember password".
o Optionally add "protected storage" to the search string.
Since it appears your login credentials are getting rejected, did you
ever try using the webmail interface to your unindentified e-mail
account to ensure you are using the correct username and password to
login (and that someone hasn't usurped your account by changing them)?
I've changed the password to no avail and read the article on how to
fix this problem, but still don't understand what to do.
Since you never mentioned that article or gave a URL to it, no one can
comment on why you couldn't understand what it said.
