Thanks for the quick response. It isn't an all day event. We use the
calendar for scheduling appointments with customers. When others with
Outlook 2007 print that specific calendar from their comptuer to the
same
printer it doesn't have any shading to it. The shading only comes for
this
one computer.

I am trying to remove the shading in Outlook printouts. Only 1 of

pc's
running Office 2007 prints out calendars with shading in the
appointment
area. I unchecked the "Print using gray shading" in the Page Set-up
menu.

am now out of ideas.
