Outlook Banter - View Single Post - ost max dimension, but reg keys as missing!

I have oulook 2003 that aler me that ost file has reached the max file size.
I've read the aricle http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832925
but the key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Off ice\..) are
missing on my pc
DO I have to manually add them?
