Message Source Interpretation

Have received email from two different people. Each has it's own
distinct email address, but both have the same IP Address in their
"Message Source".
Is there a way to tell if both these messages came from the same
computer? Can't locate any guidance on the Internet.
Not with much reliability.
Thanks
If they're from the same domain:
and especially from people on a LAN, it's quite possible they are
different people. If they came in quick succession but not from a LAN
based computer where everyone uses the same gateway, then they should
have different IPs. It's a pretty good coincidence, but IPs do get
reused so if one person reset his router and the IP went to another
person, it would appear they'd both be the same machine, but that's an
awfully big coincidence.
Sometimes IPs change often, sometimes they don't; it depends on the
ISP.
