I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and a script similar to this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account
Manager\Accounts\00000100]

That's where Outlook Express accounts are kept. You can't affect Outlook that
way.
