Default OE Missing after Windows 7 install

OE / Winmail was removed from Win7, so if you want it get rid of Win7 or
run a Virtual XP machine with Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and you can use
OE that way. There is no mail client installed with Win7.

in place of OE. I installed Windows Live and set up the mail client,
but it doesn't work. I would like to use OE as my email client.
