Default show Account when composing email

The from address (not the acct name) shows in my From field - I don't recall
doing anything special to cause it.
In 2007, the account name is shown in the infobar above the from field when
a non-default account is selected.

It will show in the from field - you can show the From field on the
compose message form

Really? It doesn't for me. I didn't test Outlook 2007, but Outlook 2003
doesn't seem to have that ability. In that version, From is an address
field and not an account field.
