Did you upgrade from an older version or do a clean install? If an upgrade,
did you make a new profile?

When she opens an email, the email duplicates itself in the Inbox.
When she re-sorts(like received time), the dup goes away.
She does have 1.2 GB OST file. Do you think this is causing the problem
or something else...?
