Default Why can't I use the Select Name window in Outlook 2003?
In the select names window (when click on To:, CC:, BCC All my options are
grayed out and I have no options in the "Type Name or Select From List:" or
"Show Names from the:" fields. I have over 800 contacts in my Outlook
address book, and most have emails.

How come I cannot use this option and how can I fix?
