Hello, I was advised by my IT dept to remove McAfee from my computer.
Ever
since I have experienced the same problem. THey cannot figure out how
to
fix
it since I removed the program. THey even checked the steps listed
below.
Any insight?

Try deleting the (usually hidden) file
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat (on
XP)
or
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat (on Vista or 7).
