Default Outlook 2003 (exchange) rules for undeliverable messages don't

Thank you very much for your answer!

if I run the rule manually, it doesn’t work as well :-(

I know I also can use the search folder but with them I can not move these
mails automatically.

It seems for me, that this rule really not works for undeliverable replay
messages.

Thank you for this information!

Best wishes,
Jasi

This because these (internal) messages are not actually sent but directly
generated in your mailbox by Exchange. You can run the rule manually or use
a filtered view or Search Folder to group them together.
The techniques involved are discussed here;

Outlook 2003 (exchange) – rule – search a word in message text in an
undeliverable replay message from system administrator!

Rules in Outlook with search of a word in the message text of
undeliverable
replay messages from system administrator don’t work.

For example:
If I send a mail to (this mail address doesn’t exist) I get
an
undeliverable message back from system administrator. The original address
appears only in the message text. I just want to move undeliverable
messages
from one domain through a rule. So I generate a rule which should search
the
word ” in the message text. The rule works for normal mails but
unfortunately not for undeliverable replay messages.

Till now I could not find helpful infos :-(

Does someone know why? Exist any statement?

Thanks and best wishes,
Jasi
