Default folders/icon in tray

I created new identity and WAS able to create new folder so you were right.

So main identity is corrupt? Is it done forever - have to use new identity?
Inuition tells me McAffe Spamkiller messed something up as recently
installed it.

How do I go about converting/importing everything? I have tons of folders,
address book, etc. I cringe at the thought of losing and/or moving
everything.

Not sure where to start? Really that easy?

It only take a few minutes. If you can create folders in the new ID then
that was the problem. If you can't, it is something else, but we can't tell
unless you try.

Importing your messages only takes a minute to do also.

Let me clarify...

I CAN create New folder withing address book but CANNOT create new or sub
folder within main folders (inbox, sent, etc.) whereas I was able in the
past
as I have many sub-folders in my Inbox.

So still have to mess with creating new identity? Don't really want to go
that route.

You may have a damaged identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity.
Create
a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages from
the
old identity and delete it.

problems w/my OE6

1- can't create folders. go to file, new, folders or right click, try
all
ways and
nothing happens. see 'time capsule' but no window opens to configure
for
new folder.

2-not seeing in the bottom tray/task bar on my desktop the incoming
message
icon/envelope. when have new messages inbox, always see the envelope
in
the
tray

Both of the above where never a problem before. Just started.

Thanks.
