Hi,

I work for a publishing company. Each month I commission freelance writer to
review items of hardware, which later in the month I need to get back so they
can be photographed.

What I want to do is create a reminder email that is configured to be sent
automatically the day before photography is due. I want to be able to add
freelancers to the mail during the course of the month, as I commission them.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if so, how?
