I would try creating a new mail profile via the mail applet in the control
panel. Do not copy the existing profile. Create a new one with your old
PST file and then delete the old profile.

I have restarted, I have uninstalled, repaired and everything I can think
of.

I really want to get this fixed. Any help is greatly appreciated!
