mess up the Outlook
address book service. Start over with a new mail profile configured to use

After furious head scratching, Jessica asked:
| I got a new computer with Windows 7 and began the task of installing
| all my programs. I then used the easy transfer, as directed by
| microsoft, from my old xp laptop.
|
| when I first opened outlook and set up my profile, all was well until
| I checked my address book. It was and is blank. There is nothing
| listed in the scrool down window to even choose an address book to
| use. My contacts are all there, but when I go to contacts properties
| and select the outlook address book tab, the box that you need to
| check is grayed out anf not available.
|
| I need help!
