Outlook
tried as you suggested, but still get the same error messages. Is there an
email address that I can send to microsoft the actual error messages as they
appear

the local cache might be messed up - try uninstalling the outlook entries in
add/remove and reinstall or repair the office suite from the cd. I don't
think you'll need to uninstall the suite, just any outlook's that are listed
in add/remove, but you can uninstall the suite too, if you want to be sure
it's going to work.

Tried as you suggested, but when the corrupt or missing file is trying
to
be
repaired, it says "OUTLSM11.MSI is missing, and this can't even be
found
on
the CD for outlook
