Outlook Banter - View Single Post - Error publishing a Form to Organizational Forms Library unable to go to folder

When trying to publish a Form to the organizational forms library I get a
message that says "An error occurred while going to this folder" I am using
Outlook 2003 version (11.8010.6568) SP2 and I have my exchange hosted through
APPTIX an exchange hosting company.

Any thought to how I can publish the Form to this folder or any folder that
will allow me to share it publicly in my organization?
