Default Automatically get to what the time is (2007)

What is your start of work day time? Outlook defaults to that time. It won't
go to 'current time'.

Outlook 2007

When I navigate back to the calender from E-mail or some other view I want
the calender to automatically transport me to what the time is at the
moment
or transport me back to where I was before in the calender timewise. As it
is
I always get to 10.00.
Is this possible?
