Try this workaround - its supposed to work but isn't working for me.
Go to office.com and sign in with the same Live ID you use to publish your
calendar and select "Save my e-mail address and password", Outlook should
work just fine after restarting to publish or update a subscribed calendar
again, until you sign out of Office Online and/or LiveID.

Every time microsoft outlook 2007 sends/receives, I am promted for
multiple
passwords to publish my calendar and to receive shared calendars from
others.
This involves microsoft office on line. How can I eliminate this from
happening? I don't need to waste my time entering 10 passwords three or
more
times a day. Please advise.
