Like all companies, they don't usually announce when there is a problem. If
they are like many companies at the end of the year, operations is
shorthanded over the holidays so problems are prioritized.

Try the workaround - it does work, although I'm not sure what the secret is
(since it took me a while to make it work) - probably cookie handling
settings and restarting the browser and outlook.
