Default Resetting the "View" Settings?

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/resetview.htm

But before you reset the view, did you run scanpst? What type of email
account do you have?

Hi,
I am not sure what happened, but after a recent Outlook crash all my
"view" settings changed.
What annoys me spezifically is the fact that I used to see which
messages were opened before just by looking at their "boldness". Bold
used to mean that the message was unread. normal meant it was read.
Also what used to happen was that when I replied to a message a little
arrow appeared on the envelope. This arrow does not appear anymore.
How do i reset the view settings?

Thank you for your help!
