In OE, when I hit Reply button, it automatically defaults my cursor to
the top of the reply message, allowing me to put text at the top above
the Reply message. With Thunderbird it puts the cursor at the end of
the message by default. Should the cursor be at the top, as if so, do I
have to manually put it there, or is there a setting?
