I have a PDA that I use on the road to note appointments. When I get back to
the office I synchronise with my laptop calendar – no problem. If I then
invite someone else to this appointment using outlook on the PC I get an
error message and outlook will not email the appointment to the invitee, it
stays in my outbox.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
