You're welcome. I presume you decided to use Help, (F1), and got this:
To unscramble a newsgroup message
You cannot scramble messages and post them in Outlook Express, but if
someone has posted a scrambled message to a newsgroup (using ROT13), you can
unscramble it in Outlook Express and make it readable.
1.. In the newsgroups message list, double-click a message to open it.
2.. On the Message menu, click Unscramble (ROT13).
Note
a.. The ROT13 method of scrambling involves replacing each letter with one
that appears 13 characters later in the alphabet. Though this is not secure
the way encrypting is, it can be useful for sensitive or offensive
information.

I was asking about Outlook Express. I apologize that I wasn't specific. I
figured it out anyway. Thank you for your time.

If your question is about MS Outlook and not Outlook Express, ask in an
MS Outlook newsgroup. These are two entirely different programs.

I thank you, but I was asking a question about Outlook. I guess that I'm
not going to get it here. As for Michele, I have no contact with her
because her newsgroup is different than mine and I have no contact with
her. I was not posting any personal emails here. I thank you for your
input though it sis me little good. It didn't answer the question I
asked.

I was curious about something that I discovered as I was experimenting
with my OE. I happen to like it once I figured out all the bugs. I
noticed that when I opened the message box before I click on the reply
that there was something on the bottom of the drop down box that said
"unscramble ROT 13". What exactly is that?
