Default Can the cities listed under the various time zones be edited

It can't be that hard, I did it once. g It's not worth the effort IMHO.

I see it now. HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time
Zones contains the names. It doesn't look easy to change.
