Change the security setting. Addin code can't change that or otherwise
rogue code could do it and defeat the security.

If secuurity level is set to medium (under Tools-Macro-Security) and
trust all installed addins and template is uncheck. Then how to enable
macro for addin programatically. When i open outlook it asks me do u want
to enable/disable macro. If i disable then my addin will not work. To
avoid the message i need to set macro to enable. Please suggest.
