| setting in Norton Anti Spam which allows integration of the Anti Spam
| Toolbar with Outlook, but this only seems to have effect
| sporadically. Much of the time, when I open Outlook, the Anti Spam
| toolbar does not appear and I have to go into Norton Anti Spam,
| uncheck the "Integrate with Outlook" box and then recheck it.
