Solved my own problem. Ran detect and repair from within Outlook and error
message went away.

When Outlook sends and receives I get the following error message code -
0x80004005. I have read that norton antivirus scripting may be culprit,
but I uninstalled and got some message. I also read that mail notification
may be the problem, but I get the same error message whether it is on or
