I have twenty different activities for each month which are present on the Outlook 2007 calendar. While entering the activities, I entered them in Sentence Case like "Meeting with Group A about Topic B". \\line\\line Now, is there a way I can capitalize the activites so that it looks like "MEETING WITH GROUP A ABOUT TOPIC B" in the Calendar without retyping it or copying and pasting the initial sentence(\\fs17 "Meeting with Group A about Topic B"\\fs17 ) to another application like Word 2007 where it can be capitalized easily using the inbuilt formatting of Word 2007 and then bringing it back to the Calendar?

Can someone please clarify?

Thanks

Can certainly be done with custom code. Can't be done with built-in
tools, to my knowledge.

Do you mean I need to use VBA by custom code?
Thanks

There is one utility that might do it within outlook or you could export to
excel and make the change there (using a VBA function) then import.
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/toolbox/ can do search and replace, but I
don't know if it can change case.

Thanks for the utility link. A quick search reveals it does not
have the ability to change case.
