I have recently started using outlook, migrated details from express.

I have found that the Outlook Junk Mail filters were taking out a lot
of my good emails so I have turned it off.

Unfortunately this has not made much difference and there is still
LOT'S of good mail going into the Junk Email Folder.

If you turned off the junk email setting, it can't be doing this. Are you
running any other antispam software?
