They should only resend when you change the time, date or location. Editing
the body should not force updates.

What addins do you have installed? I know at least one forced updates for
body changes (live map addin). Others may as well.

or add instructions in the note portion that our receptionist can read

confused! Outlook 2007 only gives 2 choices now "Don't Save Changes" or
"Save Changes and Send Update." Whatever happened to the MOSTUSEFUL third
choice, "Save Changes, but Don't Send"?? Is there a way to force this
third
choice? We are quite frustrated that it was removed.
