Default Global Address List

After one night, the user appeared finally, without updating anything
manually...

We just have to wait...

I recently added a new user in the Active Directory Users & Computers

MMC. I
did create an e-mail and a mailbox for this user.
I can send him mails, even from the Internet.

The issue is that I can't see this user in the Global Address List.
For example, when I create a new message, and then drill down to Global
Address List in the TO: field, everyone for the company is visible but

this user.

Finally, I did delete this user, and then re-create it, but it is

visible.

Any idea?
