Sending/Receiving Email

After changing the email accounts to my current email POP accounts,
ran the test and everything checked out. Put when click Send/Receive
I keep on getting an errror message that states Outlook is "unable to
start processing services" because it can't find the old Outlook.pst
file in the old folder location.
What do I do to fix this problem so I can send and receive emails.
New mail profile time.
