In Windows I get the error WAB DLL in Outlook 2000.
To expect 10 yr old software to work on the latest and greatest operating
system is expecting too much... but there are simple fixes you can do to
stretch it out (or switch to Windows Live Mail client).
See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/vista.htm
for possible workarounds so
you can make do with the old software.

Am I to understand you to say that if I buy something from you, you can
subsequently make it inoperative because you think it is out of date?

Does Windows 7 support Outlook 2000
No.
I keep getting the error WAB DLL when I
try to save a contact.
You may find that it works by setting Outlook into Corporate and
Workgroup
mode.
However, you may well find that this is not the only problem you will
encounter - your password not being saved is the most frequent....
Office 2000 is over ten years old and not supported on Vista, never mind
Windows 7.
