I am also having this problem and the version is 2007. When I had the 2003
Outlook, I could print out my monthly calendar and everything was in the
box.
I pin it up in the kitchen but I can only read one line! That just doesn't
help me at all. I have to go back to my computer to get the details. since
my husband doesn't do computering he relies on this for our every day
events.

With Outlook 2007, the Calendar Printing Assistant should give you more
options with printing calendars.
