Default Don't have Outlook 2000 disk to install Contacts in 2003

In order to install Contacts so that I can call it up from the "To" line in
new mail:
I go into Tools,
" E-mail Accounts"
"Add a new directory or address book,"
"Additional address books,"
"Outlook Address Book,"
At that point it says it is installing, and then brings up a box asking for
my Outlook 2000 disk. I do not have that disk anymore, and it will not
recognize my Outlook 2003 disk instead.

I recently installed Office 2003. Outlook 2003 found my Contacts from Outlook
2000 and made it accessible on a bar at the left of the screen. But when I
try to install it through Tools, so that it will be accessible on the To line
of new mail, it asks me for my Outlook 2000 disk, which I don't have. When I
go into properties it won't even tell me the full address of Contacts so that
I can browse and find it. What do I do?
