Printing in Outlook is primitive and you can't really make better layouts.
What many of us do is to print to Word if we want different formatting.

Hi! I have created a meeting (appointment) form - just saved an
appointment
form as .oft and added a table to the notes field for an agenda.
I want it to be available to all users - I can save it to a shared
location
for templates.
My question is how can I make a print style - a little different from the
standard memo style - with a header, and the fields in a different
order? -
available to all users.
